You should subscribe to the two available mailing lists. They are low traffic, subscriber only lists with great spam filters in place so you won't get inundated with crud.
The links below are set to create the correct subscription email for you with the correct subject and body, so all you need to do is click on the links below and send them. You should send the email as "plain text" (not HTML formatted email). Your subscription request will still work if your email client is misconfigured to use HTML formatting but you will also recieve some harmless error messages regarding the unreadable HTML.
