In general, your support options are:

• Read The Fine Manual

• Ask A Question On The Mail List

If all else fails:

Source code is available for all of the programs in the project. At present, installation on end user systems is done as source code which is then loaded into the environment. Eventually the end user distribution may be transitioned to binaries but even when that happens, source code will still remain available.

Manuals & Documentation

If you find the documentation and manuals insufficient, please contact the project or voice your opinion on the discussion@ mailing list. User feedback is important since it is really the only way to find oversights and improve the documentation.
